Ordering & Delivery

We deliver islandwide across Singapore, right to your doorstep. Simply enter your address at checkout to confirm delivery availability. Do note that we do not deliver to Jurong Island and restricted areas.

Orders placed with payment made are set to be delivered 2 working days later. Working days to process orders are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays. That means you will receive your items on Tuesday when you made your order on Saturday.

We only deliver from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. There is only 1 timeslot, which is between 12pm to 7pm.

You need to order a minimum of S$80 in order for us to process it. This is to make sure that our processing chain is kept at maximum efficiency in order to lower our cost. We can then pass the cost savings to you and maintain a reasonable selling price.

The delivery fee is $15. Orders above $130 qualify for free delivery. Note there is an additional delivery surcharge of $20 for every delivery to Sentosa Island.

In order to keep costs low and pass the savings to you, the items will be packed in plastic bags, similar to when you buy from a butcher in the supermarket or from the wet market. We deliver the meat in a frozen truck and bring the items to your doorstep.

As the products will not be stored in an insulated box, you need to have someone present to receive the order so you can keep them in the freezer immediately. Let us know 24 hours in advance if you would like to reschedule your delivery. A charge of S$30 will be levied for a failed delivery.

Storage & Handling

Place them in your freezer immediately at -18°C or below. All packs are freezer-ready.

We don’t recommend refreezing once thawed, as it may affect texture and quality.

Our products can remain fresh for up to 12 months when properly stored in the freezer. Check the packaging for best-before dates.

Thaw in the fridge overnight, or place the sealed pack in cold water for 30–40 minutes. Avoid using hot water or microwaving directly from frozen.

We are an online-only service that does not currently have a retail outlet for you to make a collection.

The products that we sell are generally better priced than what you buy from retail stores and supermarkets. While we aim to be highly competitive in price, but we do not want to compromise on the quality of meats we sell.

There are instances when physical retail stores are able to offer certain products at a better price during their clearance promotion. We do not do that as our meats are processed only after an order is placed. Our mission is to provide you only with the freshest frozen meats.

Because we sell direct, that means you are buying from us at their promotional prices 365 days a year, for a much better quality of meats.

Catch weight is a food industry term that means “approximate weight”. Unprocessed food products, such as our meat that are labelled “whole”, naturally vary in size. The actual weight may be slightly more or less than what is displayed on our website.

If the weight is more, a top-up will be required. If it is less, we can provide you with a coupon code of the excess charge. You can use that in your next order.

We accept payment via credit card, processed by Stripe.

Your payment will be processed by Stripe, the payment processor trusted by millions of companies like Grab, Amazon, Parking.sg, Uber, Unicef and Under Armour. We do not save your credit card number. It is required that you key in your credit card number every time you make an order. You can read about how they handle security for you.
